وقال وائل جمعة في تصريح خاص لـ بطولات: “محمد الشناوي جاهز للمشاركة بشكل طبيعي في مران الليلة استعدادًا لمباراة ليبيا”.

وأضاف: “الآشعة التي أجراها اللاعب اليوم الأربعاء، أكدت سلامته وجاهزيته للمشاركة في مران المنتخب”.

ويلتقي منتخبا مصر وليبيا، في التاسعة من مساء الجمعة المقبل، ضمن منافسات الجولة الثالثة من دور المجموعات بالتصفيات الإفريقية المؤهلة لكأس العالم 2022، بقطر.

According to an exclusive report from French news outlet Le10 Sport, Ligue 1 club Saint-Étienne have pulled out of the race to sign Leicester City midfielder Nampalys Mendy after the club managed to tie him down with a new deal.

Despite starting just four Premier League games for the Foxes last campaign, the Midlands club extended his stay at the King Power Stadium until 2022 along with star midfielder James Maddison (BBC), and Le10 Sport claim that the new contract has put an end to the Ligue 1 side’s pursuit of the 28-year-old surrounding their financial issues.

The news source claims they were courting Mendy for ‘several weeks’ without reaching a deal, and now he has committed his future to Brendan Rodgers’ side for another two seasons.

Despite the Frenchman finding game-time limited in the Premier League, partly down to fitness trouble, the Foxes boss was still ‘impressed’ with his outings and potentially sees a future for the midfielder nearly four years after he signed from Nice in a £13.95m deal. 

After enduring an injury-ridden start to his Leicester career under Claudio Ranieri, the 28-year-old came back with a bang during the 2018/19 campaign, starting 23 league matches. 

Even last season, Mendy impressed when given the opportunity, averaging a 90.9% passing accuracy in midfield alongside Wilfred Ndidi – with the hope being that he can become a more consistent presence in future seasons.

With Saint-Etienne pulling out of the race for his signature and Besiktas having also taken an interest, Leicester look set to keep hold of Mendy for now as they aim to qualify once again for a European place.

كشفت تقارير صحفية أن نادي تشيلسي الإنجليزي بدأ محادثات مع نظيره نادي ريال مدريد الإسباني، لبحث مدى إمكانية عودة اللاعب إدين هازارد.

وكان اللاعب البلجيكي قد غادر تشيلسي لينضم إلى ريال مدريد مقابل 115 مليون يورو، في عام 2019، ولكنه كافح من أجل إحداث تأثير كبير في إسبانيا.

غاب اللاعب صاحب الـ30 عامًا عن 57 مباراة، أكثر مما لعب مع العملاق الإسباني حيث شارك في 51 مباراة فقط بسبب سلسلة إصاباته المخيبة للآمال.

وذكرت صحيفة “ديلي ميل” الإنجليزية، نقلًا عن “El Nacional” الإسبانية، أن تشيلسي يتطلع إلى استعادة خدمات إدين هازارد مرة أخرى.

وأوضحت أن تشيلسي بدل بالفعل محادثات مع ريال مدريد لبحث مدى إمكانية عودة هازارد إلى ستامفورد بريدج، ولكنها أشارت إلى أن تلك المحادثات ليست رسمية.

وأفادت أن رومان أبراموفيتش مالك تشيلسي مقتنع بشكل متزايد بأن هازارد يمكنه إعادة اكتشاف نفسه واستعادة أفضل مستوى له عند عودته إلى البلوز مجددًا.

وبحسب ما ورد، طلب تشيلسي من فلورنتينو بيريز رئيس ريال مدريد إعادة هازارد إلى لندن وسيكون اللاعب منفتحًا على العودة بالفعل.

ويحرص ريال مدريد على التخلص من هازارد واستعادة جزء من المبلغ الضخم الذي دفعوه آنذاك لحسم صفقة البلجيكي.

وقالت التقارير نفسها بأن تشيلسي لن يكون على استعداد لدفع أكثر من 40 مليون يورو لحسم صفقة عودة هازارد إلى بطل أوروبا.

“O segmento Down está crescendo muito no mundo”, diz Cleiton

Quem pensa que haverá clima apenas de festa para divulgar o esporte para portadores de Síndrome de Down está enganado. O campeonato servirá de laboratório para Cleiton convocar a Seleção Brasileira de Futsal Down, que visa a disputa dos Jogos Olímpicos da modalidade na Itália, no ano que vem.

Segundo Cleiton, que além de coordenador da Abdem é treinador do Corinthians e da Seleção Brasileira, a principal dificuldade para a divulgação do esporte para atletas especiais é a falta de verba.

– Dificuldade financeira é enorme. Protocolamos um projeto na Secretaria de Esportes para criar o Campeonato Brasileiro e não tive resposta a tempo para disputar já agora. Aí tive a ideia de agregar os clubes parceiros para fazer um quadrangular para poder fomentar o esporte Down no Brasil – disse o multitarefas Cleiton, ao LANCE!.

Apesar da necessidade que a síndrome exige na hora de abordar determinadas situações, o treinamento no futebol é dado da mesma maneira a um atleta profissional.

– No nosso caso de Síndrome de Down não há diferença, são regras oficiais. Claro que o entendimento deles (atletas) não é da maneira de um profissional, mas todos os treinamentos são feitos de maneira profissional. Eles se cobram entre si e querem ganhar – explicou.

Conhece aquela frase de que ”não importa o resultado, o que vale é competir?” Que nada!

​Como a Abdem se mantém?
A Abdem recebe recurso do Comitê Paralímpico para manutenção da entidade e pagamento de alguns funcionários. Fora isso, ela tem que correr atrás dos projetos para fazer as competições. Este ano infelizmente por causa da crise não realizamos nenhum evento ainda. Por envolver imagem de clubes, mídia, a gente acredita que o governador libere a realização do Brasileiro. Paralelamente, a gente vai fazer o primeiro campeonato paulista agora no dia 20.

Com o que a instituição lida?
A Abdem, como confederação, trabalha não só por deficiente intelectual competitivo como para Síndrome de Down também. E no mundo o segmento Down está crescendo muito, e no Brasil não poderia ser diferente.

Como manter viagens e torneios sem recurso?
A gente não tem patrocínio, muitas vezes os próprios pais dos atletas que ajudam a bancar os custos de viagem, hospedagem, material… Então fica um pouco complicado.

West Ham United can sign a game-changing defender in RC Strasbourg Alsace’s Mohamed Simakan if David Gold and David Sullivan are brave enough to meet the Ligue 1 outfit’s valuation.

What’s the word?

According to Foot Mercato, a potential suitor who has spent the summer courting Simakan has walked away from the negotiating table after becoming aware that RC Strasbourg would demand at least €20million (£18.1m).

The French side are steadfast in their position that only an offer matching their asking price will result in Simakan leaving the Meinau Stadium and that no haggling will take place amid interest from sides around Europe.

Atalanta, Olympique Lyonnais, AC Milan and Stade Rennais are all named in Foot Mercato’s report, who note Rennes are particularly loath to meet the Alsatian’s demands but are yet to give up on their chase while other payment structures are being considered.

West Ham have previously been thought of as another side interested in Simakan’s availability with Transfer20 suggesting the Irons were willing to pay around €15m (£13.5m) last month, while The Sun also claimed the 20-year-old was considered as an alternative to Burnley’s James Tarkowski.

It is not known if West Ham are the side Foot Mercato believe have run from Strasbourg after becoming aware that Simakan would cost €20m, but Gold and Sullivan would be wise to offer the Ligue 1 outfit their asking price in search of David Moyes’ next centre-half option.

A game-changing defender

Moyes would stand to benefit greatly from Gold and Sullivan digging into their pockets to sign Simakan ahead of Monday’s Deadline Day as the young Frenchman has the potential to be a game-changing option at the back of the Irons’ defence provided he is moulded correctly.

Given his young age, Simakan is far from the finished product but has already stood out in France for his leadership qualities and emerging talents as a ball-playing centre-back who does not panic in possession, despite standing at 6 ft 1 tall and holding a strong physique – this season he is already averaging an impressive 88% pass completion rate (SofaScore).

Simakan is also known to possess a burst of speed once he reaches his top gear, having shown a willingness to drive forward in near-unstoppable fashion as he uses his body to shield the ball with great effect at both ends of the field.

If Moyes can help mould Simakan and polish off the edges to his passing game, West Ham would have a real talent on their hands, as well as someone capable of filling in at right-back and defensive midfield if needed.

But he must be managed correctly, given the former Marseille youth ace only enjoyed his senior breakthrough campaign during the 2019/20 season and the wrong move could scupper his budding career.

AND in other news, West Ham have submitted an offer to sign David Moyes’ top striker target.

وسُئل مورينيو عن تدريب نيوكاسل، وأجاب خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الخاص بمباراة يوفنتوس وروما المقرر خوضها غدًا في الدوري الإيطالي.

Andrea Radrizzani has been linked with a big-money move this week.

No, Leeds aren’t signing a new midfielder, the Italian is reportedly after buying a new club, and the side he has his eyes on is La Liga outfit Valencia.

Valencia have fallen upon hard times lately, being forced to sell a number of their prized assets over the summer, and Radrizzani is looking to capitalise on that by purchasing the club and helping them out.

This could be seen as a worrying prospect for Leeds fans, after all, this could take some of their chairman’s focus and financial backing away from Elland Road, but his plan seems to be a lot grander than that.

The Times’ report on his potential purchase describes the businessman’s plan for a European empire, in which a whole host of clubs act as a feeder club to the Whites, much like how Manchester City operate in tandem with NYCFC, Girona and Melbourne, and Leeds already have all the evidence they need to show just how well that can work out.

Indeed, there is living proof in United’s squad as to what Radrizzani’s investment can do for Leeds, and his name is Jack Harrison.

Harrison started his career at NYCFC having grown up in America, but it quickly became clear that the youngster was too talented to be plying his trade in MLS, so Man City easily brokered a deal with their sister club to bring him to the Etihad.

Three consecutive loan spells to Leeds followed, and United now look likely to sign him for £10m at the end of the season, leaving Man City with a healthy profit on a player they didn’t have to do much work on, and these are the types of deals that Leeds could do, but on a much bigger scale with a club that have a much stronger academy system.

Valencia have a ridiculous track record of developing future stars, and the Elland Road outfit could benefit massively from this partnership if Radrizzani does treat the La Liga outfit as a feeder club.

Just look at the list of former Valencia academy graduates, you have the likes of Isco, David Silva, Paco Alcacer and Ferran Torres, all Spanish internationals, who either play or have played for some of the best teams in the world, and these are the types of players United could attract if Radrizzani is able to strike a deal with Peter Lim.
