تعرض فريق باريس سان جيرمان لهزيمة أمام نانت مساء السبت، في إطار منافسات بطولة الدوري الفرنسي.

واستضاف ملعب “لا بوجوار” مباراة الفريقين في الجولة الخامسة والعشرين من بطولة الدوري، حيث خسر باريس سان جيرمان بثلاثة أهداف مقابل هدف. أهداف مباراة باريس سان جيرمان ونانت

وكان نانت قد باغت باريس سان جيرمان بهدف مبكر في الدقيقة الرابعة من عمر الشوط الأول وذلك عن طريق اللاعب راندال كولو.

وضاعف نانت من تفوقه أمام الأمراء بتسجيله الهدف الثاني عن طريق كوينتن ميرلين في الدقيقة 16.

وبينما كان الحكم سيطلق صافرة نهاية الشوط الأول، قررت تقنية الفيديو احتساب ركلة جزاء لصالح نانت والتي حولها لودوفيتش بلادس إلى هدف ثالث.

وبدأ باريس سان جيرمان الشوط الثاني بقوة وتمكن البرازيلي نيمار من تسجيل الهدف الأول في الدقيقة 47، بعد تمريرة من النجم الأرجنتيني ليونيل ميسي.

أعلن المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي آرسنال، ميكل أرتيتا، تشكيل اللاعبين الذين سيخوضون مباراة برينتفورد في الجولة السادسة والعشرين من بطولة الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز.

ويلتقي آرسنال وبرينتفورد في تمام الساعة الخامسة عصرًا بتوقيت “القاهرة” على ملعب “الإمارات”، بقيادة الحكم جون موس.

وشهد تشكيل آرسنال تواجد لاعب وسط منتخب مصر، محمد النني، على مقاعد البدلاء.

After a superb run of results against the Premier League’s big boys, Leeds were brought crashing back down with a timid 2-0 defeat to Brighton on Saturday afternoon.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side had remained undefeated in clashes against Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United respectively, even earning a win against Pep Guardiola’s league leaders.

But against the Seagulls at the weekend, the Whites looked nothing like their usual energetic selves, having far fewer shots on goal than the home side, and just looking off the pace.

One man who Bielsa would certainly have been fuming at is Patrick Bamford.

The striker has been one of the shining lights of the Premier League season for the Yorkshire club, firing in 14 goals and providing another eight assists in the top-flight alone.

But lately, he has just gone completely off the boil, and his latest blank against Graham Potter’s side now means he has gone five matches without a goal.

It wasn’t just his shooting boots that were missing on Saturday, however, with his all-round game also virtually non-existent coming up against a formidable Brighton back-line who completely overwhelmed him.

As per Sofascore, his 15 touches and 11 successful passes were both far lower than what goalkeeper Illan Meslier even managed, and a damning statement on just how anonymous he was – the forward just got snuffed out by the Seagulls’ back-three.

He also failed to register a single shot on goal, something even defenders Diego Llorente and Luke Ayling did, while he won just one out of the measly two duels that he contested.

Bamford just couldn’t get himself involved in the game, and it wasn’t even that surprising that Bielsa decided to take him off before the hour-mark for Rodrigo.

And, writing in his post-match player ratings for Leeds Live, Beren Cross gave him a 4/10, adding: “Barely had a kick. As he was in the first game, he was swamped by the three centre-backs. The latest in a long line of frustrating matches for the striker with any Golden Boot hopes long gone.”

Those thoughts were echoed by The Yorkshire Evening Post’s Graham Smyth who said: “No touches anywhere near the Brighton goal, no impact in the game. Much of that was down to a lack of service but he didn’t impose himself at all.”

Bielsa would have been livid with his centre-forward’s lack of involvement in the game, and would no doubt have been expecting far more from a player who has been leading the charge for Leeds this season.

Keith Gillespie has exclusively told The Transfer Tavern that he expects Manchester United winger Daniel James to remain at Old Trafford this summer.

The Welsh international burst on the scene following his move from Swansea City for £15m the summer before last, when scoring three times in his first four Premier League appearances.

However, the emergence of Mason Greenwood has seen James restricted to a bit-part role under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this term.

The 23-year-old has scored five times and added one assist in his 24 United appearances, but has started just nine times in the Premier League.

Five of those starts have come in the last nine matches, although James has been a regular in the Europa League, too, which could be valuable for his chances of starting for Wales at this summer’s European Championships.

Despite January links away from Old Trafford, Gillespie believes that James still has a part to play, and expects him to be a Manchester United player next season.

He told The Transfer Tavern:

“I don’t think he’ll leave. He’s a good squad player, he’s still young and learning the game. It has been disappointing for him because when he first came in, he did well at the start, but his performances have gone downhill.

“He’s been used this season more than I thought he would be, you see him in the starting line-up when you don’t expect it – Ole obviously likes him.”

وقال حسن في تصريحات خاصة لـ”بطولات”: “محمد عبدالمنعم لاعب لديه كل مقومات الاحتراف، ليس فقط اللعب داخل الدوري المصري، لديه مواصفات النجاح في الاحتراف الخارجي”.

وأضاف: “هو فقط يريد المشاركة في المزيد من المباريات القوية لتزداد خبرته وتُعطيه الثقل التكتيكي”.

In an exclusive interview with Football FanCast, Steve Howey, who made 157 appearances for Newcastle United, is hopeful that PIF will still be interested in buying his former club despite 12 months of no progress.

It was 12 months in April since Mike Ashley accepted a £300 million bid from Amanda Staveley’s consortium that was largely backed by PIF, however, the takeover is even further away from being passed through now.

It was reported last week that Mike Ashley is set to launch a second legal battle against the Premier League for costs, damages and interests after the proposed takeover failed to be approved last year.

Speaking on how he still hopes PIF are willing to buy the club but how it will be another slow process, Howey exclusively told FFC:

“We just have to wait and see what happens because I think Mike Ashley is now putting together a lawsuit against the Premier League for anti-competition, so you can imagine that will drag on.

“Let’s just hope that these people are still willing to take the club on so things can move forward, but it will probably be another slow process as it won’t happen overnight.”

Ashley is also in the process of an arbitration case against the Premier League, which is still yet to begin as the Sports Direct tycoon looks to get Newcastle sold.

With Steve Bruce managing to guide the Magpies to safety it will allow any potential buyers to look at Newcastle as a Premier League club they could buy.
